These developments help locate where ICH can be tested. None is presented as confirmation, and none redefines the pre-registered P1–P13 prediction structure.

Gravitational-wave memory

General Relativity admits persistent geometrical information after a transient process. V3.2 uses gravitational-wave memory as a conceptual comparison only: radiative memory and primordial ICH initial data have different mechanisms, regimes, boundary conditions and observables.

HIGH-REDSHIFT POPULATIONRELEVANT · NOT YET TESTED

Euclid · Relevant to P9 and P11

31 new Euclid quasars

Euclid reported 31 quasars at 6.6 < z < 7.8, including 12 at z ≥ 7. Their existence is not an ICH test by itself. The sharper test is whether the extreme population retains the predicted environmental or cosmic-web dependence after standard controls.

LARGE-SCALE STRUCTURECONTESTED CONTEXT

DESI DR1 · Relevant to P10

DESI anisotropy analyses

A reported gigaparsec-scale anisotropic structure above 3σ was challenged by a reanalysis finding consistency with statistical isotropy. V3.2 treats the disagreement as evidence of the test’s relevance and systematics sensitivity—not as evidence for ICH.

EARLY GROWTHCOMPATIBLE MOTIVATION

JWST · Relevant to P9; indirectly P11

Rapidly mature JWST galaxies

Very early massive or mature systems motivate rare-environment tests. ICH does not predict universal accelerated growth: any allowed effect must be selective, environmentally conditioned and compatible with ordinary astrophysical explanations.

FAST: 70 DGS candidates

Seventy dark-galaxy-system candidates within roughly 50 Mpc provide a pre-DR1 target set for the P12 mass–luminosity–topology test.

EUCLID MUST DETERMINE
  • High weak-lensing or topology-inferred mass?
  • Node-like topology or high filament connectivity?
  • Dark because light is scarce—or a genuinely low-mass true void?
  • Any associated P13 baryonic trace?
Evidence discipline

Context is not confirmation.

GW memory is an analogy. JWST and the Euclid quasar sample identify relevant populations. DESI identifies a contested large-scale test domain. FAST supplies candidates. The framework is tested only when its pre-specified environmental, topological and falsifiability conditions are applied.
